Business Development Manager
Org Linked is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) Recruitment to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on expanding our recruitment services in both Indian and international markets by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients needing recruitment solutions.
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new domestic and international markets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Sales Negotiation: Pitch Org Linkeds recruitment services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful talent placements.
- Industry Analysis: Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling both Indian and international clients is a plus.
