Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently drive revenue. This role is for someone who understands how agencies sellsolutions, not servicesand can move prospects from conversation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound, inbound, referrals, and partnerships
- Pitch SRV Media's services (Performance Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Creative, etc.) to potential clients
- Understand client business goals and propose customized solutions
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: lead qualification meetings proposal negotiation closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Performance, Creative) for proposals and onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business & upsells
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, SEO, Social Media)
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and closing conversations
- Self-driven, organized, and accountable
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
