Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad is for a Business Development Manager. The individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients and ensuring alignment of SRSG's solutions to their business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in business development and sales, including prospecting, building relationships, and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, mobility solutions, or media and entertainment technologies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales or B2B environments is desirable
  • Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and surrounding regions is an advantage
