About the role: The Business Development (BD) role is focused on driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships. The main purpose of the role is to generate new revenue streams, increase market share, and strengthen the company's presence in target markets. The Business Development Manager will typically report to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Director, or the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), depending on the organizations structure.

Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell StriderDCT products/services while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

● Identify and reach potential clients through cold calling, social media, and market research to drive business growth.

● Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and ensure long-term partnerships.

● Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines, including traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

● Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies and improve services.

● Prepare reports and organise presentations or meetings about clinical lead and project progress

● Organize weekly calls with Management to update on progress across BD related KPIs.

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday-Friday, work from office

Work Timings: 09:30 AM 06:30 PM

Compensation: Based on your current CTC/Competitive as per industry standards
