Business Development Manager SaaS Solutions (South Region)

Location:Initially Pune (23 months), then Chennai / Tamil Nadu

Experience:2-5 years |Industry Preference:Logistics / Supply Chain / Logistics IT

Education:MBA preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamicBusiness Development Managerwith strong experience inLogistics and Supply Chaindomains. The role involves end to end sales ownership, from lead generation to deal closure - for CargoFL's technology driven logistics solutions across theSouth India region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients in the logistics, manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct product demos and explain solution capabilities in line with client requirements.
  • Engage in process mapping and solutioning discussions with client operations teams.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and implementation teams for successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive growth and renewals.
  • Handle business development acrossTamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, with regular travel.

Requirements
  • 2-5 yearsof experience inSales / Business Developmentwithin Logistics, Supply Chain, or Logistics IT.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, industry challenges, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Languages:Tamil, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
  • Based inChennai / Tamil Naduafter initial 23 months of onboarding and training inPune.
