Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include identifying and developing growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations, and driving revenue through market expansion. The role involves market research to identify trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting strategic business planning to enhance market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research and Strategy Development expertise
  • Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of market analytics tools is preferred
