Castellum Labs primary focus areas in Cyber Security are application security, network and infra security, cloud security, threat detection and response, and Darkweb monitoring and OSINT.

We are hiring Business Development Manager / Sales and Marketing Executives

(for Cyber Security Marketing and Sales Activities, Focused on Social Media, Mail & Calls).

Position's Role and Responsibilities --

We will need you to do following activities, on daily basis ...

Primary Activities

• eMail campaign
• Web site optimization (SEO work)
• Social media content management (curation and posting)
• Campaign management (e-Mail, Social Media, Community Sites, etc)
• Calling customer on routine basis to introduce our security services
• Cold call and warm call campaigns for the company
• Follow ups on mails and calls (post campaigns)
• Customer web meeting scheduling
• Initial pitching on web call (presentations)

Secondary Activities

• Database maintenance
• Portfolio content management
• Basic customer presentation (in some rare cases)
• Organizing for the demo of service to a customer

Positions - 5

Experience - 2 to 8 Years

Location - Hyderabad or Lucknow

Note -

In case of fresh MBAs. training will be for a duration of three to six months and it will be free. If you do well, we will offer you a permanent position in Castellum, to design exceptional marketing presence and market communication for our services and product portfolio in cyber security. In case of an experienced candidate, a permanent offer will be made immediately.

Skills --

• Good communication skills (speaking and writing)
• A flair for the creative writing (articles, blogs, comm text)
• Basic understanding of social media and its workings
• Some knowledge of productivity tools (PPT, Work, Excel, etc)
• Some basic knowledge of creative tools (Photoshop, image editing, etc)

Note - Great conversational skills are must for this role. It is not a role, only for mailing and posting.

Education --

You should be, one of these

• Graduating (MBA or equivalent)
• Already graduated (Any degree) and keen on building a marketing career
• In field sales with couple of years of experience & planning to shift to marketing
