Role & Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales lifecycle for rooftop, C&I and utility-scale solar projects: prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Lead technical-commercial assessments and coordinate site surveys with engineering teams to convert leads into executable projects.
- Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts and pricing with customers and channel partners; coordinate with legal and finance for contract finalization.
- Develop and expand channel partner and EPC partner networks to accelerate market penetration and referral pipelines.
- Prepare financial models, ROI and payback analyses; present clear business cases to C-suite and procurement teams of enterprise customers.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate pipeline, forecasts and weekly reports; drive sales process improvements and close-rate optimization.
