Job Description

Industry & Sector

Renewable energy Solar power sector focused on rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale solar project development, EPC and O&M across India. We serve commercial customers, developers and institutional buyers with end-to-end solar solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle for rooftop, C&I and utility-scale solar projects: prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead technical-commercial assessments and coordinate site surveys with engineering teams to convert leads into executable projects.
  • Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts and pricing with customers and channel partners; coordinate with legal and finance for contract finalization.
  • Develop and expand channel partner and EPC partner networks to accelerate market penetration and referral pipelines.
  • Prepare financial models, ROI and payback analyses; present clear business cases to C-suite and procurement teams of enterprise customers.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate pipeline, forecasts and weekly reports; drive sales process improvements and close-rate optimization.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and site visits across India.
