We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (5+ Years Experience) who can build strategic relationships, generate new business opportunities, and lead revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial, Construction & Architectural sectors

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with private sector clients

✔️ Generate leads through networking and industry connections

✔️ Collaborate with engineering & design teams for client requirements

✔️ Prepare proposals, presentations & handle commercial negotiations

✔️ Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

✔️ Conduct market research & competitor analysis

✔️ Represent the company at client meetings, site visits & industry events

✔️ Ensure long-term client relationships & repeat business

Required Skills:

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation abilities

✔️ In-depth knowledge of industrial & construction market

Qualifications:

✔️ Graduation (MBA Preferred)

✔️ Civil Engineering background preferred

✔️ Exposure to private sector projects & contracting

✔️ Strong existing client network
