Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across GCC (Global Capability Centers), Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Product Platforms (iHub / Square). This role will own end-to-end enterprise sales, build high-value client relationships, and contribute to long-term revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development
  • Drive new business across GCC build & scale, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Product Platforms
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, closure, and onboarding
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and convert US & global enterprise opportunities
  • Develop strong pipelines and execute long-term account expansion strategies

Enterprise & GCC Account Management
  • Lead GCC onboarding, ramp-up hiring, and sustained account growth
  • Manage large-scale staff augmentation engagements and product/platform implementations
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across accounts

Market & Offering Development
  • Collaborate with leadership to define service offerings, pricing models, and GTM strategies
  • Track market trends and align solutions with evolving enterprise demands

Pre-Sales & Internal Leadership
  • Own solutioning, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, product demos, and client presentations
  • Partner closely with delivery, product, recruitment, and marketing teams
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performance sales culture

Qualifications
  • 7–12 years of experience in IT Services / GCC / Staff Augmentation / Product or Platform Sales
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals, especially in GCC setup or staff augmentation
  • Experience working with US and global enterprise clients
  • Strong skills in solutioning, negotiation, and stakeholder management
