Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across GCC (Global Capability Centers), Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Product Platforms (iHub / Square). This role will own end-to-end enterprise sales, build high-value client relationships, and contribute to long-term revenue expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development- Drive new business across GCC build & scale, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Product Platforms
- Own the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Procurement stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and convert US & global enterprise opportunities
- Develop strong pipelines and execute long-term account expansion strategies
Enterprise & GCC Account Management- Lead GCC onboarding, ramp-up hiring, and sustained account growth
- Manage large-scale staff augmentation engagements and product/platform implementations
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
Market & Offering Development- Collaborate with leadership to define service offerings, pricing models, and GTM strategies
- Track market trends and align solutions with evolving enterprise demands
Pre-Sales & Internal Leadership- Own solutioning, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, product demos, and client presentations
- Partner closely with delivery, product, recruitment, and marketing teams
- Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performance sales culture
Qualifications- 7–12 years of experience in IT Services / GCC / Staff Augmentation / Product or Platform Sales
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals, especially in GCC setup or staff augmentation
- Experience working with US and global enterprise clients
- Strong skills in solutioning, negotiation, and stakeholder management
