We are looking for an experienced and highly confident Business Development professional who can independently handle client meetings, build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, Directors), and drive high-value loan deals. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, and Credit Appraisal, with a proven track record of closing large-ticket loans (10 Crore and above).

Responsibilities

Conduct meetings with senior decision-makers including CEO, CFO, and promoters of mid to large enterprises.
Identify and acquire SME clients requiring business loans / working capital / structured finance solutions.
Handle complete deal management from lead generation to closure.
Present lending solutions effectively and build strong client confidence.
Coordinate with internal credit teams for appraisal and loan structuring.
Prepare and analyze client financials, cash flows, banking, and business models.
Ensure high conversion ratios for large-ticket loan proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
