The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT recruitment and staffing services.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular MIS reports.
