Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns,

LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT recruitment and staffing services.

Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of mandates.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close deals.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
