Role Summary:

Looking for professionals with 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Retail Expansion (preferably in QSR/Retail/Hospitality). The role involves identifying prime retail locations, managing end-to-end site acquisition, negotiating leases, and building strong relationships with brokers, developers, and landlords to support store expansion.

Key Requirements:

Experience in site identification, feasibility analysis, and lease negotiations

Strong network in Delhi/NCR retail real estate market

Ability to manage multiple site acquisitions and expansion projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
