- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying client needs, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Promoting and selling financial products or services, prospecting new clients, and meeting sales targets.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Forecasting, monitoring expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights.
- Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to management.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align sales with business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Managing paperwork related to sales transactions
Required Skills:
- Sales & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and sales presentations.

- Must have experience & knowledge on loans like secured funding /unsecured fundings OD facilities BG Drafts CC/LC & other sort of financial loans
Qualifications
- Post Graduation in MBA (Finance OR Marketing) and any Bachelor's degree in B.Tech
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software.
