Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategies to expand business operations. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining existing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business growth objectives. The role demands a proactive, innovative approach and strong communication skills to drive business success.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Data Interpretation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong Negotiation, Networking, and Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and clients.
  • Problem-Solving, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making abilities to drive operational success.
  • Experience in the FMCG or agricultural sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivation, team collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
