Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers . The role requires driving seller performance on an ecommerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) handling e-commerce sellers
  • Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
  • Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
  • Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
  • Maintain team motivation and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met
  • Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in KAM/RE (Relationship Executive) processes
  • Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to drive results through team
  • E-commerce domain experience preferred
