We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Team Leader Operations to manage a team of
Key Account Managers . The role requires driving seller performance on an ecommerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) handling e-commerce sellers
- Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
- Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
- Maintain team motivation and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met
- Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in KAM/RE (Relationship Executive) processes
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proven leadership skills with ability to drive results through team
- E-commerce domain experience preferred
