Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Gurugram is ideal for an experienced Business Development Manager seeking to drive strategic growth. The role includes identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, negotiating partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.

 Every week, we receive inbound inquiries from individuals planning private celebrations, corporate admins, HR teams, and event planners. Someone needs to pick them up fast, meet them in person  

 across Delhi NCR, design a menu that actually fits the brief, and close the deal. That's you — you own the customer from first call to closure.

                                                                                                    

 What you'll do 

 - Respond and convert inbound leads/month from digital ads, referrals, and our platform.

 - Meet clients in person each month across Gurugram, South Delhi, and Noida

 - Design menus by coordinating with our partner kitchens — using our in-house AI engine, you won't start from a blank slate                                      

 - Pitch tastings, site walks, and full-spread proposals for both private and corporate events                                                               

 - Build your own pipeline through referrals, outbound, and your network

 - Hand off confirmed events to our ops team with zero ambiguity                                                                   

                                                                                               

 Must-haves:

 - 2–4 years in catering, events, or F&B sales

 - Polished communication — you'll be pitching individuals planning ₹5L+ celebrations as well as HR heads and CXOs at MNCs                                      

 - Strong negotiation, written communication, and Excel/proposal fluency                         

 - Willing to work occasional weekends for tastings and high-value events
