We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
