Job Description

Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and developing new customer accounts in the Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors. The role requires strong experience in engineering services, embedded systems, or product engineering, along with the ability to build strategic relationships with OEMs and technology companies.

The candidate will be responsible for account acquisition, opportunity creation, and revenue generation by positioning the company's engineering and technology capabilities to global customers.

New Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customer accounts in the Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for engineering services and product development programs.

Market Expansion

  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in:
  • Electrification
  • Industrial Automation
  • Energy Systems
  • Transportation Technologies
  • Promote company capabilities in electronics design, embedded systems, power electronics, and mechanical engineering.

Customer Engagement

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers such as Engineering Directors, CTOs, and Program Managers.
  • Understand customer technology roadmaps and align company solutions accordingly.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers.

Opportunity Management

  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Work with internal engineering teams to develop technical proposals and solutions.
  • Manage RFQs, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and technology forums.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with engineering, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop strong value propositions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
