Job Description

  • Handle enterprise accounts for TTL, ensuring smooth account management and client satisfaction.
  • Retain the existing account base while identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct quality control for agent calls and ensure high service standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively within the team to optimize agent performance.
  • Attend client calls weekly for disputed accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare day-to-day, weekly, and monthly metrics and reports for clients.
  • Develop churn prediction plans to address revenue gaps and support business continuity.
  • Act as a business analyst for revenue projection and strategic planning.
  • Manage report publishing and dashboards to estimate monthly business output.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to agents in the absence of higher management.
