KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proven sales experience in selling Masterbatches, Compounds, Dyes, and Pigments for a minimum of 2 years.
Maintain good reputation and contacts within the polymer industry.
Strong knowledge of Masterbatches, Additives, Pigments, and Compounds.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Polymer Engineering with an MBA or diploma in Business Management; CIPET / IPI candidates considered only if prior industry experience exceeds 2 years.
Utilize advanced computer skills, including MS Office, and communicate effectively via email with customers and colleagues.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel overnight across the country to meet customers and potential leads.
