Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to help expand Serturner's client base across corporates, institutions, distributors, and NGOs. The role focuses on building partnerships, driving sales of medicines, consumables, and medical equipment, and supporting overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across sectors such as corporate companies, institutions, hospitals, NGOs, and distributors.
- Conduct outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
- Present and promote Serturner's product range and procurement capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial proposals or quotations.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM/sales tracking tools regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, supply timelines, and product details.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade meets, and exhibitions.
Required Skills & Experience- 25 years of experience in B2B sales (healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or FMCG B2B preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand product catalogues and explain offerings clearly to clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and moderate travel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
