Job Description

Experience: 5-10 Years

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT contract staffing services.
  • Drive lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and client engagement to build business pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closure of staffing contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support recurring business.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely fulfillment.
  • Track market trends and competitor insights to strengthen business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills-

  • Experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Lead generation & client acquisition expertise
  • Strategic planning & customer relationship management
  • Proven target achievement in past roles

Preferred Skills-

  • Experience working with ATS/CRM or sales automation tools
  • Exposure to large enterprise or MSP clients
