Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Market Research

  • Identify potential clients, market sectors, and project opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets (residential, commercial, hospitality,etc.).

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors,
  • consultants, and industry partners.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and represent the firm in a professional manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients.

3. Proposal and Bid Development

  • Prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Work with architects and design teams to align proposals with firm capabilities and project requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with management.

4. Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the firm's business development strategy and annual goals.
  • Recommend service enhancements or new offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
  • Identify partnership or collaboration opportunities to expand the firm's reach.

5. Marketing and Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the firm's visibility through social media, websites, events, and publications.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the firm's portfolio and capabilities.
  • Support award submissions, press releases, and project showcases.6. Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with the design, project management, and leadership teams to ensure
  • smooth transition from business development to project execution.
  • Provide feedback on client requirements and expectations to ensure successfuldelivery.
  • Track the status of business leads and maintain CRM records.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on business development progress, targets, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing and business development efforts.
