Work Mode: Full-time (Work from Office, Monday–Saturday)

 Role Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals across multiple industries. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment  
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure  
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders  
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored AI-powered SaaS solutions  
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients  
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction  
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems  
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies  

 

Required Skills & Competencies 

  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS or technology solutions  
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and consultative selling techniques  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills  
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships  
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite  

 

Experience Requirements 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales  
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS-based solutions is mandatory  

 

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
