Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Ranchi, with the flexibility of some remote work. The role primarily involves driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and partners. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating growth strategies, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's insurance products. The Business Development Manager will also gather market insights, support partners to improve performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery to stakeholders.
