Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Dharamshala and Jalandhar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting various insurance policies and services. Daily tasks include market research, developing partnerships, preparing reports, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including experience in identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and forming partnerships
• Analytical and market research skills to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiarity with digital sales and marketing platforms
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role
