Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Burdwan. The primary responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals. The role also involves executing business development plans to expand SBI General Insurance's reach and product adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on market trends to deliver competitive insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and communication, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Market research and analysis skills to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance products across retail, corporate, SME, and rural sectors. Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant field is preferred.
