Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities of this role include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing growth strategies to achieve organizational goals. The individual will also analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose solutions tailored to client requirements. This role requires strategic decision-making and adaptability to market dynamics while meeting sales targets and maintaining high client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation.
• Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Opportunity Identification.
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work with a results-driven approach under minimal supervision.
• Analytical skills and an understanding of market and customer insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
• Experience in the service or healthcare sector is an advantage.
