Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Understand client requirements and map them to appropriate SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and SAP product enhancements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 512 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud-based HCM solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in enterprise software/services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global clients is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling SAP SuccessFactors
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Strong network in HR/IT decision-making community.
