Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and map them to appropriate SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and SAP product enhancements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 512 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud-based HCM solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in enterprise software/services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global clients is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling SAP SuccessFactors
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Strong network in HR/IT decision-making community.
