Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. We are hiring for various locations including Jharsuguda, Angul, Jamshedpur, Asansol, Kolkata, Raipur, Raigarh, Chandrapur, Pune, Surat, Gandhidham, Udaipur, Satna, Singrauli, Gurugram, Gorakhpur, Bellary, Hyderabad, etc . The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting our welding consumables and anti-wear solutions to potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and targets, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the welding industry and welding consumables
• Strong business acumen and sales experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales target achievement and business development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Experience in the steel, power, sugar, cement, oil and gas, automobile, or paper industry is a plus
