Role Summary

This is an on-field role in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)

We are looking for a sharp, street-smart, result-oriented on-field professional who can onboard shop owners and SMEs in Bhopal, educate them about Mutual Fund SIP investments, and act as a long-term Relationship Manager for these clients. The ideal candidate understands the local shop-owner mindset, can build trust through regular visits, and confidently sell Mutual Fund investment products.

Key Responsibilities

1) Shop & SME Onboarding

-Visit retail shops, traders, wholesalers, and SMEs across Bhopal.

-Onboard clients on the NiveshPe platform.

-Assist with KYC, SIP setup, and first investment activation.

2) Investment Awareness & Education

  • Explain the importance of Mutual Funds investing and long-term wealth creation
  • Educate clients on:
  • Benefits of Mutual Funds
  • Power of compounding
  • Inflation impact on savings
  • Use simple language and business-related examples relevant to shop owners
  • Clearly explain and compare SIPs with:Fixed Deposits (FD), Savings Account, Gold, Chit funds / traditional savings
  • Position SIPs as a flexible, scalable, and smarter investment option

3) Relationship Building & Account Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with onboarded shop owners
  • Act as a Relationship Manager for assigned clients
  • Maintain strong face value and personal connect
  • Ensure high retention, SIP continuity, and repeat investments
  • Be the single point of contact for all assigned shop owners

4) Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding & SIP targets
  • Maintain visit records, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Share on-ground feedback and insights with the internal team

Experience & Skills

25 years of experience in:

  • Field sales
  • Insurance, Mutual Funds, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Products- loans, credit cards, digital gold, payments.
  • Proven ability to sell financial/investment products
  • Experience dealing with shop owners or SMEs is a strong advantage

Local Market Understanding

Strong understanding of the Bhopal market and shop-owner psychology
