Job Description

Company - CapitalSetu Pvt Ltd

Location - Noida Sector -2

Role - Business Development Executive/ Manager

Budget - 3 LPA to 12 LPA

No of opening - 5

Key Responsibilities

Generate B2B leads through social media platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns, etc.)

Conduct cold calling and outbound sales calls to prospective business clients

Identify and approach potential corporate and SME clients

Pitch and explain B2B financial products to decision-makers

Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Understand client requirements and propose suitable financial solutions

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

14 years of experience in B2B sales / business development

Proven experience in lead generation via social media

Strong experience in cold calling and client outreach

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of B2B financial products (Edtech / IT sales / Fintech / FMCG / Finance)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
