About Fine Acers

Fine Acers Pvt. Ltd. is a luxury resort developer and hospitality asset creator specialising in premium resort properties, branded hospitality developments and exclusive resort ownership opportunities across leading tourism destinations in India.

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers to strengthen our sales teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for luxury resort and hospitality investment products.
  • Generate qualified leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, channel partners and market outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
  • Understand client investment requirements and recommend suitable resort ownership opportunities.
  • Conduct project presentations, consultations, site visits and sales meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities within luxury hospitality and real estate.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate, hotel sales, hospitality sales, resort sales or investment product sales.
  • Strong experience in handling HNI and premium clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, direct sales, relationship management and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations and project visits when required.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in luxury resort ownership, hospitality investments, premium real estate or branded residences.
  • Existing network of HNI clients, investors, wealth advisors, brokers or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
