Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating and managing sales leads, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends to formulate and execute effective strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship building and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing trends for strategy development
  • Sales techniques and an ability to work towards achieving targets

  • Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
