Job Description

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will drive patient acquisition, referral growth, and revenue through field outreach, corporate/doctor tie-ups, and institutional collaborations, while also supporting brand visibility, on-ground PR, and reputation building for RoopJeevan Hospital.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth
  • Generate OPD and IPD business through systematic fieldwork and outreach.
Doctor & Referral Network Development
  • Develop and manage relationships with GPs, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostics.
  • Schedule regular doctor visits and ensure continuity of engagement.
  • Track referral inflow and feedback from referring doctors.
Corporate / Institutional Tie-ups
  • Onboard corporates, factories, schools, colleges, NGOs, RWAs, and institutions.
  • Coordinate health camps, annual health check-ups, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain post-tie-up relationship and repeat engagement.
Brand Management (Field Level)
  • Ensure correct usage and visibility of RoopJeevan branding materials at all outreach points.
  • Coordinate placement of banners, standees, posters, and pamphlets in the field.
  • Share field-level insights on brand perception, patient feedback, and competitor branding.
  • Monitor consistency of RoopJeevan brand messaging during camps and outreach programs.
  • Support doctor branding initiatives and specialty promotion activities.
PR & Community Outreach
  • Assist in organising community programs, awareness drives, and public health initiatives.
  • Coordinate with local associations, RWAs, NGOs, and media contacts where required.
  • Support execution of PR activities such as newspaper features, health talks, and events.
  • Collect testimonials, success stories, and referrals from satisfied patients (with consent).
Health Camps & Events
  • Plan, execute, and manage screening camps and awareness camps.
  • Coordinate logistics, registrations, and local partnerships.
  • Ensure post-camp data capture and patient follow-up for conversion.
Data, Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain daily field visit reports and lead tracking.
  • Update CRM with referrals, corporates, and PR activities.
  • Analyse outcomes of BD and PR activities and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 35 years experience in hospital BD, healthcare marketing, pharma, or diagnostics.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of local media, community dynamics, and referral ecosystems.
  • Willingness to work on-ground with targets and timelines.
Compensation
  • Fixed salary + incentives linked to performance metrics.
