Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Business Development
- Proven track record in consultative or solution selling
- Experience handling mid to large deal sizes with revenue ownership
- Strong ability in:
- Client engagement & discovery
- Problem identification and solution positioning
- Negotiation and closures
- Strong experience in:
- Outbound sales (core focus)
- Pipeline building and target-driven execution
- Ability to balance outreach, deal progression, and closures effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms
