Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Surat, India. The role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients commercial and residential real estate needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in business development strategies, lead generation, and market research
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets, leasing processes, and property management
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, presentations, and delivering client-centric solutions
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in the real estate or corporate leasing sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
