Role Summary

Revigro Marketing is looking for a confident and experienced Business Development Manager who will lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiationsto drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert meetings into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings (online & in-person) to understand business requirements
  • Present and pitch digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Web Development, Lead Generation, Branding)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from meeting to closure
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for client discussions
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Handle negotiations and finalize commercial terms
  • Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
  • Review pipeline and meeting outcomes with management
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (agency background preferred)
  • Proven experience in client meetings and deal closures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services
  • Professional, confident, and solution-oriented personality
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and multiple meetings
