Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents; provide ongoing support and mentoring to enhance productivity and retention.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Drive general insurance sales through the agency network by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Training & Capability Building

  • Conduct regular training programs to improve agents product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of business performance and agent activities.
