Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners to explore new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present company offerings, partnership models, and value propositions.
  • Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with developers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and finalize project mandates, AOPs, or exclusive tie-ups in line with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and competitor activities to leverage business potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, meetings, and closures through CRM tools or internal systems.

  • Desired Candidate Profile
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of proven business development experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage the entire BD cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Good understanding of market dynamics, developer relations, and real estate products.
