Job Desiccation :-
- Field Sales Local Regional Manufacturers.
Visit local and regional manufacturers, brands, and wholesalers.
Present and negotiate the rack rental showroom business model.
Convert manufacturers into long-term rack rental partners.
Handle high-value and bulk rack negotiations.
- Strategic Telecalling Other Districts / States. Identify and contact manufacturers across other districts and states. Pitch the showrooms location, footfall, and commercial advantage. Convince manufacturers to visit the property in person. Plan and coordinate manufacturer visits.
- Business Expansion Revenue Growth. Drive rack occupancy and revenue targets. Develop new manufacturer sourcing strategies. Analyze market feedback, pricing sensitivity, and competitor models.
- Negotiation Deal Closure. Handle senior-level discussions and objections. Finalize rack rental agreements and onboarding terms. Ensure smooth handover to operations after closure.
- Reporting Strategy Support. Daily activity and pipeline reporting. Weekly revenue and conversion analysis. Support management with expansion inputs.
