Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Real Estate) responsible for driving growth through land procurement, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end project management. The role involves identifying new opportunities, executing land procurement deals, and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate.

Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's real estate portfolio.

Identify potential land parcels through market research, brokers, and direct sourcing.

Lead end-to-end land acquisition.

Oversee project lifecycle from acquisition to execution and delivery.

Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, investors, and government authorities.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in land procurement & real estate transactions

Project management and development lifecycle understanding

Excellent negotiation & deal-closing skills

Knowledge of zoning laws, regulatory approvals, and compliance

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

Preferred Experience

Experience in handling large-scale real estate or township projects/land acquisition.

Strong network with brokers, landowners, and government bodies.
