Role: BD & Strategy (Individual contributor)
Objective of the Role:
- Submit product briefs based on customer needs, feedback and market condition to management.
- Conduct market research and gain insights on competitor's information.
- Communicate product and design philosophy to marketing & sales
- Conduct customer surveys and market study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and study the FSI, target group, type of development, USP, product configuration, efficiency for saleable area and amenities required for developing the property.
- Suggest an appropriate mix of saleable area & launch rate. Calculate proposed construction area & loading to determine saleable area.
- Conduct detailed analysis/comparative study on the complex and Flat amenities provided by the competitors.
- Conduct thorough market study, analyze and make presentations to the management with suggestions for new developments.
- Customer Survey & Feedback.
- Develop an information database to enable projections for real estate market across key micro-markets in terms of supply and demand side projections. Consolidate product and pricing details for preparing launch note summary for internal circulation.
- Develop business relation with various channel partners such as brokers, IPCs, bankers and even competitors for market intelligence reporting. Assist in preparing for launch activities of new projects.
- Analyze existing customer background and understand customer profiling, synthesize the data and present to management.
- Support Business Development team for evaluating land proposal from sales and marketing perspective. Conduct detailed survey of nearby projects for understanding the prevailing rates. Understand supply in the market.
- Conduct thorough study of portfolio projects and prepare case studies
- Study MIS data and derive business cases
