Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Additionally, tasks include market research, client outreach, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Expertise in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
